Susan F. Smith

Susan Smith practices a broad range of civil litigation, but especially enjoys helping families sort through divorce, custody disputes, and same-sex family-law issues. She has experience bringing and defending enforcement actions, modifications, paternity actions, and other family-law related suits. She excels in the courtroom but understands that sometimes the best results are those reached between the parties without going to court.

Susan is a die-hard Aggie but got her law degree from Texas Tech. She spends as much time as she can outside hiking and camping with her husband, two children, and dog.
